1. OVERVIEW OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Introduction to Al: Understanding Al and its impact on the modern world
Everyday applications of Al (e.g., voice assistants, Al in healthcare, etc.)
The role of Al in different industries: Education, Business, Entertainment, and more

2. AI TOOLS FOR EVERYDAY USE:
• ChatGPT and GPT-based Tools:
How to use conversational Al for content creation, research, and problem-solving
O Canva (Al-powered design tools):
Using Al features for quick design, layout suggestions, and image generation
Jasper Al:
Al-powered copywriting and content generation for blogs, emails, and ads
Pictory:
Al video editing tools for automatic video creation from text
Synthesia:
Al video generation with digital avatars

3. PRACTICAL PROJECT:
Students create a basic project using any of the Al tools covered (e.g., creating a blog
post using GPT-based tools, designing a simple banner in Canva using Al features, or
generating a short video using Pictory).

-Setting up the development environment (Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab)
-Python syntax and structure: Variables, data types, and operators
-Control structures: Conditional statements (if/else), loops (for/while)
-Functions: Defining and calling functions, understanding return values
-Basic error handling and debugging in Python
2. DATA STRUCTURES IN PYTHON
-Lists, tuples, sets, and dictionaries
-Basic operations on data structures (indexing, slicing, adding/removing elements)
3. PRACTICAL CODING EXERCISES
-Writing simple Python programs (e.g., temperature converter, basic calculator)
-Developing Python scripts for real-life applications (e.g., a to-do list or basic text
analyzer)

-Document formatting and advanced editing features
-Table of contents, citations, references, and collaborative tools
2. MICROSOFT EXCEL
-Advanced Excel functions (e.g., data manipulation using pivot tables,
complex formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
-Visualizing data with charts and graphs
3. MICROSOFT POWERPOINT
-Creating impactful and professional presentations
-Incorporating multimedia (images, videos, charts)
4. PRACTICAL PROJECT
-Students prepare a professional report and presentation on a chosen
-ICT-related topic using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Overview of Content Management Systems (CMS)
-Why WordPress: Flexibility, ease of use, and customization options
-Setting up a WordPress website (local vs. web hosting setup)
2. THEMES & PLUGINS:
-Choosing and installing themes
-Customizing themes using WordPress’s built-in tools
-Essential plugins for functionality (e.g., Yoast SEO, Elementor for design,
-WooCommerce for e-commerce)
3. CREATING PAGES AND CONTENT:
-Designing a website layout using WordPress
-Creating and organizing pages, posts, and menus
-Integrating multimedia (images, videos) into pages
4. PRACTICAL PROJECT:
-Students will design a fully functional personal or business WordPress website,
incorporating plugins and creating a visually appealing layout.
-Basic SEO practices will be implemented to ensure the website is optimized
for search engines.

1. INTRODUCTION TO GRAPHIC DESIGN:
-Design principles: Color theory, typography, and layout
-introduction to design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or GIMP)
-Creating social media graphics, banners, and posters
2. DIGITAL MEDIA CREATION:
-Choosing and installing themes
-Customizing themes using WordPress’s built-in tools
-Essential plugins for functionality (e.g., Yoast SEO, Elementor for design,
WooCommerce for e-commerce)
3. PRACTICAL PROJECT:
-Design a complete branding kit for a business or personal project (logo, flyer, social
media post).
-Create a short promo video for a social media campaign
